Q. Do I need to keep my Brownies in the fridge?
A. All our Brownies are best kept in a container in the fridge. They last longer too - easily 10 days when stored in a fridge. Plus we prefer to eat them straight out the fridge!
Q. Won't they go dry in the fridge?
A. Absolutely not! Trust us! As all our Brownies are super fudgy storing them in the fridge actually enhances the fudginess.
Q. When will my order arrive?
A. If you ordered for local delivery, all deliveries are made on a Sunday between the hours of 9am and 12pm so make sure your in! If this is not convenient please contact us before you order and we will see what we can do for you. If you ordered postal delivery, your order will be posted out with 7 days of you placing your order. You will receive a dispatch email once your order has been posted.
Q. How do I know the allergen information?
A. All allergy information is posted on each Brownie page (with the exception of Build. Your. Own. Box.) If you require anymore info please contact us.
Q. Can I send my order as a gift to someone else?
A. Absolutely! Please just write the recipients name and address in the notes section of your order and we will post/deliver direct to them.
Q. Why are your products sold out?
A. Once we are at capacity, products will show as 'sold out'. My three staff (me, myself and I) will be working super hard to get your orders out asap. If this happens the next re-stock of product will be the following Sunday at 10am.
